1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AI Laboratory System (AILS) web software platform, accessible at https://app.ailaboratorysystem.com or any associated software gateway operated by RFID Software India Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Service & LIMS Functionality
AILS provides cloud-based Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) software, including bi-directional analyzer interfacing (HL7 v2.x / ASTM E1394), sample workflow tracking, digital PDF medical report generation, and Westgard quality control rules engines.
3. Patient Data Privacy & Medical Compliance
All health records, patient personal identifiable information (PII), and diagnostic test reports processed through AILS are encrypted at rest and in transit. Laboratories are responsible for ensuring that digital signatures applied by pathologists belong to authorized medical practitioners.
4. User Account & Password Security
Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their administrator and staff credentials. Unauthorized sharing of user accounts across multiple diagnostic centers is strictly prohibited.
5. System Logging & 15-Day Audit Retention
System audit trails, technician activity logs, and hardware interfacing telemetry are retained automatically for 15 calendar days. Records older than 15 days are permanently purged on a rolling daily schedule at 1:00 PM IST. Laboratories requiring permanent archival may download raw audit log files within the 15-day active retention window.
