We offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee for all new monthly and annual LIMS SaaS subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with AILS software performance within 14 calendar days of your initial subscription, you may request a 100% refund.
Subscription Cancellation
Subscribers may cancel auto-renewal at any time through the administration panel or by contacting corporate support at info@rfidsoftwares.com. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
Custom Engineering & Hardware Interfacing Fees
One-time custom software integration fees or custom hardware setup services tailored specifically for proprietary analyzer protocols are non-refundable once engineering setup has been completed and verified.
Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refund requests are processed within 5 to 7 business days back to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) via our authorized payment gateways.
